Who runs QRizeo
QRizeo is built and maintained by the QRizeo team, based in India. We started it because most free QR code sites either ask for an account, add tracking redirects, or turn codes off after a trial. We wanted a tool that does the simple job well and tells the truth about what a static code can and cannot do.
What this website does
QRizeo creates static QR codes for website links, Wi-Fi, WhatsApp, UPI payments, contact cards, PDFs, menus, Google reviews, maps, apps, SMS, email, phone numbers and social profiles. It also creates EAN, UPC, Code 128, Code 39, ITF-14, ISBN, Data Matrix and PDF417 barcodes, scans codes from a camera or image, and includes calculators for print size and check digits. Downloads are PNG and SVG files for documents, menus, posters, packaging and labels.
The site deliberately focuses on static QR codes. It does not provide redirect tracking, scan analytics, hosted link pages, subscriptions, or expiring codes. The destination is written directly into the QR code, so a downloaded code does not depend on this website remaining online.
How the generator handles your information
QR codes and barcodes are created in your browser, and the scanner reads images on your device. Information you enter is not uploaded to our servers or saved to a user account. A QR code can still contain sensitive information—especially Wi-Fi passwords or contact details—so you should control where the finished image is displayed and who can scan it.
How our guides are maintained
The guides on this website explain QR and barcode formats, scanning behaviour, printing choices and practical limitations. They are written by the QRizeo team, show the date they were last updated, and are reviewed when the tools change. We test the advice with real phones and printers and describe the tools as they actually work. We do not claim that every scanner, phone, printer, or third-party app will interpret a QR payload in exactly the same way, which is why every downloaded code should be tested before wide distribution.
Advertising disclosure
The service may be supported by advertising. Advertising does not change the destination or contents of a QR code generated here. Ads are kept separate from generator controls and download buttons, and no payment is required to create a code.
