Bulk QR Code Generator

Create many QR codes in one go, for table numbers, product links or event badges. Each row becomes its own file, named after your second column.

Links, text or any other QR content. Up to 500 rows per batch.

Your list is processed in your browser and never uploaded. For logos and frames, design one code in the main generator.

How to make QR codes in bulk

  1. Put one value per line: a link, text, or any QR content. Add a comma and a file name if you want to control how files are named.
  2. Or upload a CSV with the same two columns. A sample CSV is linked under the form.
  3. Pick colors. Keep the code dark on a light background.
  4. Press “Check rows” to see which rows are ready and which need fixing.
  5. Press “Generate all” and download the ZIP. It contains PNG files, optional SVG files and a manifest.csv listing each file and its content.

Preparing your CSV

Column 1 – content
Exactly what each QR code should contain. For Wi-Fi, contact cards or UPI, make one code in the main generator first to see the format.
Column 2 – file name (optional)
Letters, numbers, dashes and underscores. Duplicate names get the row number added.
Spreadsheets
In Excel or Google Sheets, put content in column A and names in column B, then export as CSV.

Typical bulk jobs

Restaurant tables

One code per table, each linking to /menu?table=12 so orders show the table number.

Product catalogues

A code for every product page, named by SKU for the print designer.

Event badges

Personal links or ticket IDs for each attendee.

Limits

  • Up to 500 rows per batch, and up to 1,200 characters per row. Split longer lists into several batches.
  • Bulk codes use plain colors. For logos, frames and templates, design a single code in the main generator.
  • Everything runs in your browser. Very large batches can take a minute on older phones; a computer is faster.

Questions people ask

Are bulk QR codes static?

Yes. Each code contains its row’s content directly, with no redirect and no expiry date.

Is my list uploaded?

No. The CSV is read and the codes are drawn in your browser.
