How to make an email QR code
- Enter the address that should receive the emails.
- Add a subject that helps you sort them later, such as “Warranty claim – Model X2”.
- Optionally add a body with prompts, like “Order number: … Problem: …”.
- Scan the preview to check the email app opens with everything filled in.

- One address. It is visible to anyone who scans the code.
- Subject
- Optional but useful: a fixed subject lets you filter these messages into a folder.
- Message
- Optional. Line breaks are kept. Long text makes the code denser.

A code on the device or manual opens a support email with the model number in the subject.
Event RSVPs
“RSVP – Annual dinner” as the subject makes replies easy to count.
Feedback cards
Hotels and clinics collect comments without a form.
Limits
- The phone must have an email app set up. If not, some phones offer to set one up instead.
- Your address is visible in the code and may be collected by spam bots if posted online. For print use this is rarely an issue.
Questions people ask
Can I add CC or BCC?
Not in this tool. Support for CC in mailto links varies between email apps, so we keep it to one recipient.
Is the email sent automatically?
No. The person scanning reviews and sends it.
